Communicating with us is easy and hassle free. All that you need to place an order is a computer, access to the internet, and an e-mail account. Then follow these easy steps:

Step 1. Set-up your account with our company:

• Click on the "send a file" icon.
• Check the "request for open account" box.
• Complete the form, and submit ...
• An account executive will contact you for follow-up information and the you are set.

Step 2. Obtain a quote:

• Simply click on the "obtain a quote" icon
• Complete the form, and submit.

In printing, every job is a custom order. Based upon the information that you provide, we will work out an estimate, e-mail it to you, and then wait for your approval.

Step 3. Send a File:

• Click on the "send a file" icon and submit your file.
• While in our possession, we will perform a pre-flight check on your file with respect to format, fonts, graphics, and other specs.
• We will then proceed with production. If there are any problems with the file transfer, we will contact you immediately.

Step 4. Delivery:

Based upon your schedule, we will deliver the job to your office, or any other address designated by you. In many cases, the shipping and handling is on us!

Once you have established your account, and maintain a certain volume of printing, you will have access to a unique extranet site built exclusively for you. This will provide you with 24 hour access to your files for production status and reprints.

Our help desk will be available during business hours to answer any questions and listen to any comments you may have about our system.
